Courage, Commitment, Change

At times we all find ourselves in periods of growth that can be challenging and confusing. Growth and change can be difficult but if troubling obstacles are removed, one can move towards a healthier, creative, vibrant life with a new sense of meaning and purpose.
I tend to look at symptoms individuals are struggling with as guides showing the changes one needs to make in order to develop into their authentic, creative self. As a therapist I use evidence-based brief therapies as well as long term depth psychology to help individuals reach their goals. I pull from a variety of experiences and teachings to inform my work with others which includes my own life experiences, analytical psychology, CBT, solution-focused therapy, DBT, Mindfulness, psychodynamic theory, and existential psychology.Taking the first step in your journey towards an authentic self takes courage and dedication. The relationship between therapist and client is the most important aspect of this therapeutic journey, which is why I offer a free phone consultation to ensure we are a good match.
